Notes for completing a registration:
- When registering a child under 18, you are entering your child's name as the member with the parent/guardian name(s) phone numbers and details as primary and secondary contacts.
- if you are over 18, you are the primary contact, selecting member for the relationship to member category.
- Don't have a home phone? Enter as n/a.
